You can find the initial premium invoice for the relevant year in ePlix Connect as follows. Any adjustments to the premium invoice resulting from changes can be downloaded from the change log under the relevant change.
Log in to ePlix Connect.
- Click on ‘Contracts’ on the left.
- In the second menu on the left, select the relevant company and contract.
- Click on ‘Mutation Log’ in the horizontal menu.
Under ‘Mutationslog’, select the category ‘Processed mutations’ (1) and expand the filters (2).
Under ‘Effective date’ in the filter section, expand the period selection and choose the desired year.
In the drop-down menu, search for ‘Salary’ and select ‘Anual salary list’ to find the initial premium invoice for the year.
The change to the annual wage declaration (wage declaration list) will be displayed in the results. Click on the three dots in the right-hand column.
In the three-dot menu, you can download the documents relating to the wage declaration change (initial premium statement).
