You have an eplix connect account and would like to log in, but you have forgotten your password. Click on ‘Log in with eplix ID’ in the top right-hand corner. (If you created a passkey when you registered or logged in for the first time, please use that.)
You will be redirected to the login screen. Select ‘Reset credentials’ here.
Enter your email address and click ‘Next’
An email will be sent to the email address provided if a user account is linked to that email address.
You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. Click on this link.
Once you have opened the link, retrieve the two-factor code (from the authenticator app such as Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator or an alternative app of your choice.) and enter it here (1). Click on ‘Verify’ (2).
To create a new password, click on ‘Skip and create password’.
Enter your new password and confirm it. Then click on ‘Save’.
Click ‘Continue to the application’ to go to eplix connect.
