Overview of company menu user interface

In the ‘Companies’ menu, you can see all the companies to which you, as a user, have access.

1. To open the ‘Companies’ menu, click on ‘Companies’ in the menu on the left.
2. You can search the list below by UID or company name.
3. The list of all companies to which you, as a user, have access.

In the list of companies to which you have access, you can find the following information.

1. Column 1: UID as per the Commercial Register, if this has been recorded in our system.
2. Column 2: Company name
3. Column 3: City: Location of the company’s registered office.
4. Column 4: Industry: Sector in which the company operates.
5. Column 5: Employees: Number of employees (persons subject to the BVG) in the company
6. Column 6: Branches: Number of branches registered for this company in our system and insured with us.
7. Change the sort order by clicking on the double arrows. You can do this in the column of your choice.
