In eplix connect, there are different users for different functions.

| Client master user | This is the company’s primary user, who can use all functions. | Can see all contracts assigned to their organisation. Can assign contracts from their organisation to users within their organisation. |
| Client user | Can use all functions within the contract(s) assigned to the user. | |
| Broker user | Can use all functions within the contract(s) assigned to the user. | |
| Broker master user | Can use all functions. Has access to their entire portfolio. | Can see all contracts assigned to their organisation. Can assign contracts from their organisation to users within their organisation. |
