To access an insured person’s view, click on the relevant policy (1) in the second menu on the left, then click on ‘Insured persons’ (2) in the horizontal menu, and finally click on the relevant person (3) in the list of insured persons to open the person’s view.
Click on ‘History’ to view the insured person’s mutation history.
Select whether you wish to view the “pending mutations” (1) or the “processed mutations” (2)
“Pending mutations” are changes that have been scheduled but not yet processed.
Under ‘Processed mutations’, you will find all changes relating to this insured person that have already been processed.
You can search and filter the change history in the detailed view for the insured person.
- Search by mutation code: Search for a change directly using the change code.
- Open filters.
- Reset all filters.
- Submitted on: Limit results to the period in which the change was submitted.
- Effective date: Limit results to the period in which the change came into effect.
- Mutation type: Filter results by type of change.
- Mutation status: Filter results by changes that have been processed or rejected.
- Hide block: Hides the filters.
- Submitted: The change was submitted on.
- Submitted by: The user who submitted the change.
- Effective date: The change takes effect from this date.
- Type: Type of mutation.
- Mutation code: If the change has a change code, it is displayed here.
- Mutation status: See whether the amendment has been implemented or rejected.
- Options column: here you can access documents or view further information.
- Download documents relating to this amendment.
- Information icon: Click on this for further information.
- Sort the table by this column.
