Searching and filtering in ePlix Connect

Search

Search for a policy or an insured person.

1. Search by company name to find the policy you are looking for.
2. Search by name or AHV number to find insured persons directly.
3. Narrow down the results list by pension scheme if you know which pension scheme the insured person is in.
4. If you have access to contracts from more than one pension fund, you can select the relevant pension fund here.

Search to refine results

In the search box above a table, you can search for various details, such as a name or AHV number. You can also use the category buttons to narrow down your search.

Some tables in eplix connect offer several filtering options.

Important: You can either use a single filter method or combine several filter methods.

1. Select a category.
2. Search using the transaction code.
3. Expand the filters.
4. Reset all filters.
5. Narrow down the time period.
6. Select the transaction type.
7. Select the transaction status.

Sort a table

You can change the order in which the results are displayed by clicking on the double arrows next to the relevant column heading.

Filter

You can filter the results by clicking on a category. Only the insured persons in that category will then be displayed in the results list.

Filter the results for changes or documents by searching by document type, time period, change type, etc.

1. Search by mutation code
2. Select a suitable time period within which the change date falls.
3. Select the type of mutation.
4. Select the mutation status.
5. Reset all filters.

Set a time period

To select a time period, click on the calendar icon.

There are several ways to define a time period.

1. Click on the desired date on the left-hand side to set the start date of the desired time period.
2. Click on the desired date on the right-hand side to set the end date of the desired time period.
3. Select ‘Custom’ to use options 1 and 2.
4. Select ‘this year’ to enter the period from 1 January of the current year to today’s date.
5. Select one of the previous years.

You can define the month and year for a custom period at the top of the overlay.
