You want to change the master data of an insured person.
Log in to ePlix Connect.
- Click on “Contracts” on the left.
- In the second menu on the left, select the desired company and contract.
- Click on the insured person whose master data you want to change to open the detailed view.
The detailed view of the insured person opens. Click on “Master data change.”
In the upper section, you can customize the following items:
- First name
- Last Name
- Language
In the lower section, you can customize the following items:
- Street and house number
- ZIP / Postal code
- State (if the address is in Switzerland)
- Additional address details
- City
- Country
- Insured person's email address
- Insured person's cell phone number
- Insured person's cell phone number
- Click on “Submit” at the bottom right, to submit the changes.
