In eplix connect, you can save mutations as drafts and submit them later. This is possible for all mutations relating to a single insured person.
Save a mutation draft
Enter the mutation as usual.
However, in the final step, do not click on ‘Send’ but on ‘Save as draft’ next to it.
Finding mutation drafts
To find saved mutation drafts within a contract, proceed as follows:
- Click on ‘Contracts’ in the menu on the left
- In the second menu on the left, click on the company name and then on the relevant contract number.
- Select the “Mutations log” tab
- Click on the “Saved drafts” category
- You will see a list of all saved mutations here.
- On the far right, you can click on the three dots to edit or delete the draft.
